Ablaze Advisory is an independent corporate finance advisory firm founded in 2025 by Alina Vaskina with a commitment to doing things differently. We are an alternative to traditional investment banking services and corporate finance advisory practices. We have tailored our products specifically to the universe of new start-ups, fast growing businesses, their founders, their boards and their investors; delivered in a convenient way at a fair price. Doing things differently is also reflected in our focus on humility and empathy, and our commitment to social and environmental stewardship.

Alina Vaskina has over 15 years of investment banking experience in London. She has worked at investment banks in Canary Wharf and midcap corporate finance and broking firms in the Square Mile. Her focus has been on advising boards and entrepreneurs on capital raisings, exits, M&A and IPOs; valuation, equity story, growth strategy and investor targeting. Alina has longstanding relationships with companies, banks, institutional investors, private equity and other advisers within the UK ecosystem. Despite her seniority, Alina has maintained her hands-on expertise including financial modelling and presentation drafting, as well as having a track record of strong regulatory experience that involves the UK Takeover Code, Listing Rules and AIM Rules.

Alina holds a Postgraduate degree in International Business from Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France and a Masters degree in Social and Political Sciences from Christ’s College, Cambridge. She also holds a Cambridge Cricket Blue having played at Lord’s.

We operate with the upmost discretion and do not advertise the clients we work with, nor deals we are currently working on.
